Classic Macaroni Salad

INGREDIENTS
- 450 g (1 lb) macaroni
- 185 ml (¾ cup) mayonnaise
- 2 green onions, minced
- 1 red bell pepper, seeded and diced
- 1 celery stalk, diced
PREPARATION
- In a large pot of salted boiling water, cook the macaroni until al dente. Drain and rinse under cold water. Place in a large bowl.
- Add the remaining ingredients. Season with salt and pepper and mix well.
