INGREDIENTS
- 500 ml (2 cups) all-purpose flour
- 20 ml (4 tsp.) baking powder
- 2 ml (½ tsp.) salt
- 250 ml (1 cup) milk
- 60 ml (¼ cup) canola oil
PREPARATION
- Combine the flour, baking powder and salt and mix well.
- Combine the milk and oil.
- Add the milk and oil mixture to the dry ingredients.
- Roll out the dough on a floured surface. Add flour if the
mixture is too wet. Cut out cookies using a cookie cutter and
place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. - Bake at 400 °F for 12 minutes on the rack in the middle position of the oven.
